- 2 Day trail -
Inside the ruins of the Chariot Temple of the Dying Sun, the hiker can view a layout of the complex engraved on a metal plate (green “table” in front of the hikers above.) This layout shows the alignment of the structures with a conical hill in the distance, behind which the sun sets on the winter solstice on 21st June each year.
