- 2 Day trail -
After leaving the old farm dwelling, a fairly steep descent is encountered into the valley. Small buck may be seen here provided hikers walk quietly, so as not to disturb them. Leaving the valley, the trail follows a river to a relatively deep pool near the border fence with a neighbouring farm. This is a good place to stop for lunch and a swim. Upon leaving the river, a fairly steep climb brings the hiker to a fence surrounding the ancient ruins with a sign entitled the “Chariot Temple of the Dying Sun”. The fence is crossed by means of a couple of rocks that have been placed on either side to facilitate entry to the ruins.
